47th BCS Preliminary Exam Date Announced

Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced the 47th BCS Preliminary Exam Date. The MCQ Type Exam will be held on June 27, 2025, from 10 AM to 12 PM. The authority also announced written exam date for 46th BCS.

The information was officially announced date and time on Monday (March 24, 2025). A notification in this regard was issued on the official website, signed by Masuma Afrin, Controller of the Examination (Cadre).

According to the notice, 47th BCS Preli Exam 2025 will be conducted on Friday, June 27, 2025. On the day, the exam will be start at 10 AM and continue till 12 PM. Interested candidates will need to enter on the center at least 45 minutes before the exam.

Meanwhile, the PSC also announced the written exam date for 46th BCS on the official website at bpsc.gov.bd. The exam will be taken on May 8, 2025, in Dhaka, Rajshahi, Chittagong, Barisal, Khulna, Rangpur, Sylhet, and Mymensingh. The candidates who have successfully selected, are eagerly waiting for the date. Now, they can prepare for the written exam.

This year, the online application for 47th BCS Notification was started on January 5. The last date for application was set for Jan 30. Later, the authority extended the date till February 27, 2025.

With the 47th BCS, Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) going to recruit 3,688 candidates from all over the country. Of them, 3,487 are cadre posts, while 201 are non-cadre.

The candidates who have successfully completed the application process, will be eagerly waiting for the Preliminary Exam Date. They must be aware that the exam going to conduct on June 27, 2025. The admit card will be available on the official website at least 10 days of the exam. So, candidates must collect this important document as earlier as possible to avoid any issue on the website.
