After leaving the Cluster Admission System (GST), Khulna University going to conduct the admission test separately. According to the admission circular 2024-25, the online application ended on February 10.
The Khulna University (KU) has received a record number of applications till the last date. A total of 107,685 applications have been received against 1,109 seats. So, 97 candidates will participate in the KU Admission Test 2025 for each seat. This is the largest number of applicants in the university’s history.
As per the analysis, the highest number of applications was submitted for the Science and Technology Unit. A total of 41,179 students have applied for Unit A (School of Science, Engineering, and Technology).
This year, the KU Admission test will be conducted in Multiple Divisions of the country. For A Unit, 21,550 students will appear on the admission test in Dhaka, 11,156 in Khula, and 8,463 students in Rajshahi Center.

KU B, C, D Unit Applicants
Apart from A Unit, 27,919 applicants have applied for B Unit (School of Biological Sciences). Amon them, 13,684 students will participate in the test in Dhaka, 7,846 in Khula, and 6,389 in Rajshahi.
- Unit B (School of Biological Sciences) has 27,919 applicants, with most choosing Dhaka (13,684), Khulna (7,846), and Rajshahi (6,389).
- Unit C (School of Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences, Law, Education, and Fine Arts) received 34,439 applications, with exam centers in Khulna (14,480), Dhaka (12,104), and Rajshahi (7,855).
- Unit D (School of Management and Business Administration) got 4,148 applications, and its admission test will only be held on the Khulna campus.
Note that, the online application for Khulna University was started on January 10 and ended on February 10, 2025. A total of 107,685 students from all over the country have applied for various units. The University will publish the eligible candidate list in the coming week. Candidates can check the list on the admission portal.
