The incident occurred on Thursday (February 27, 2025) at around 10:25 AM. As per the Downdetector data, more than 1 thousand people experienced various errors while opening the app. While writing this article, thousands of people are facing the issue. As a result, users are unable to log in and are getting payment-related issues.
“Tried to transfer money. Then said error occurred. I was able to see my transaction screen before another error message. Said my money was transferred but hasn’t hit my bank yet,” a user wrote on the platform.
