Every year, over 2 lakh candidates from all over the country submit their application for Chittagong University Admission. This year, the university announced an individual admission system after leaving the GST Admission. The authority released the admission circular on December 30, 2024.
The online application for the session 2024-25 was started on January 1, 2025. According to the circular, only those students who have passed in the SSC Exam in 2021, 2022, and HSC Exam in 2023, 2024 are eligible for application. The online application was ended after 15 days on January 15, 2025.

CU B Unit Admission Result Date
In 2025, Chittagong University has published A Unit Admission result after 5 days of the test. As per this, CU B Unit Result 2025 will be published on March 13 or after a few days. The merit list can be checked on the official website at admission.cu.ac.bd. Once published, candidates can check the merit list by submitting their roll number.
The candidates who will get highest marks in the test, will get better positions in the merit list. If any selected candidates do not complete their admission procedure, those on the waiting list may get a chance.

- Visit the Official Website: First of all, you will need to open a new tab from the browser and type the URL (https://ictcell.cu.ac.bd/result/) of Chittagong University ICT Cell.
- Locate the Result button: On the homepage, you can see the “Result” button. The button will be highlighing. Simply click on there.
- Select Your Unit: Find out “CU B Unit Admission Result” button and click there.
- Type Roll Number: Now, a new window will be appear. Type your admission roll number in the search box.
- Submit the details: Click on the “Submit” button. Your result will be displayed on the screen.
- Print the page: Take a screenshot to save the merit status. You can also print a copy.

B Unit Mark Distribution
Chittagong University conducted the B Unit Admission test in Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) format. Interested candidates participated the exam for a total of 100 marks. Among them, 80 marks in MCQ and 20 marks in GPA of SSC and HSC Exam.

There is a negative marking system in the admission test. In B Unit, 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer. Those candidates who took part in the test, must acheive the minimum score to pass in the admission test.
