The BDS Result 2025 for Dental Admission Test has been published on March 2, 2025. The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) officially published the merit list online at at result.dghs.gov.bd for the session 2024-25. All the candidates who participated in the admission test taken on February 28, 2025, can check the merit list by entering roll number.

The circular was released after two weeks of the HSC Exam Result for Dental Admission 2024-25. The application process was started on December 29, 2024. The online application was continued till January 21, 2025. After one month, the admit card for the admission test was released on February 23, 2025.
According to the schedule, the Dental Admission test was conducted on February 28, 2025. A total of 68,684 candidates across the country have particiapted in the test. Candidates can now check the result online.

As per the latest update, the authority has published the BDS Admission Result on Sunday, March 2, 2025. This is good news for those candidates who took part in the competitive test. Candidates can now check the result to know the merit list.
The authority has made the BDS Result live on the official website at dgme.gov.bd. Candidates will need to enter their roll number to check the merit status. The merit position, total marks, and allocated college name will appear on the screen. In addition, they can apply the Mobile SMS method.
Know How to check BDS Admission Result
The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) is responsible for evaluating the answer sheets and publishing the results. The results will be based on the MCQ exam performance, and the merit list will be created accordingly. The authority announced the result date on their official website and social media channels.
Candidates who participated the exam, are advised to check the merit status. They can follow the step-by-step instructions given below;
- Step 1: Visit the official website: Open preferred web browser and go to dgme.gov.bd. This is the only authorized website for dental admission results.
- Step 2: Locate the result section: On the homepage, find and click on the link labeled “BDS Admission Result 2025”.
- Step 3: Enter roll number: A search box will appear where need to type admission test roll number correctly.
- Step 4: Submit the information: Click on the “Submit” or “Check Result” button to proceed.
- Step 5: View result: The Result, including total marks, merit position, and eligibility status, will be displayed on the screen.
- Step 6: Download or print the result: It is recommended to save a PDF copy or print result slip for future use.
Note that, candidates may experience error on the website while checking the result. This will happen if a lot of candidates visit the website at the same time. If the website is slow due to heavy traffic, try again after some time.
This year, 68,684 applicants have applied for BDS Dental Admission for the session 2024-25. There are only 545 seats available in Govt Dental Colleges and Dental Units of Medical Colleges. So, 126 candidates participated in the admission test for each seat.
