BUTEX Admission Result 2025 is out! Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX) have been published the admission test result for the session 2024-25. A total of 3,080 candidates have passed the exam.
The results were published on the university’s website on Sunday (March 16).
As per the result analysis, Anika Mun (Roll number 007291) got highest mark in the admission test, secured the top position in the merit list. Hossain Shahriar Mahi (Roll Number: 009231) achieved the second position. On the other hand, Takia Tasnim (Roll Number: 008514) secured the third position.
This year, the BUTEX Admission test academic year 2024-25 was held on March 7 at the university’s main campus and BAF Shaheen College centers. According to the admission committee, a total of 86.5% candidates appeared on the admission test.
Steps to check Butex Result 2025
- First of all, you will need to visit the official website at butex.edu.bd
- On the homepage, scroll down and find out the result button.
- Click on the button, it will send you to a new page.
- Locate the “Admission Result” notice and click there.
- The merit list for the selected candidates will be displayed there.
This year, admission aspirants will have the opportunity to enroll in 640 seats across 11 departments at BUTEX. Among these, the Yarn Engineering, Fabric Engineering, Wet Process Engineering, Apparel Engineering, and Textile Engineering Management departments each have 80 seats.
On the other hand, 40 seats have been allocated for each of the following departments: Textile Fashion and Design, Industrial and Production Engineering, Textile Machinery Design and Maintenance, Dyes and Chemicals Engineering, Environmental Science and Engineering, and Textile Materials Engineering.
