The Honours 1st Year Exam 2023-24 was conducted by the National University (NU) for students enrolled in different colleges across Bangladesh. According to the routine, the exam began on October 21, 2024, and continued until December 17, 2024.
A total of 4,40,315 candidates from 876 colleges participated in the exam. The exams were conducted in 344 centers across the country. NU Honours 1st Year Result Published Date
The National University has officially announced that the Honours 1st Year Result 2025 will be published on Monday, March 24, 2025. The Subject Wise GPA will be live at 7 PM on the official website at result.nu.ac.bd. Candidates can able to check their results by entering registration number.
A notice in this regard issued on the official website;
“Subject to the approval of the Academic Council and Syndicate, the results of the 2023 Honors 1st Year Examination under the National University will be published today, 24/03/2025, at 7:00 PM. The results will be available on the website (www.nu.ac.bd/results) from 7:00 PM today”
The authority stated that “A total of 410,015 students from 889 colleges across 344 centers participated in this examination, including regular, irregular, and grade improvement candidates. The average pass rate is 87.48%.”
How To Check Honours Result Online
Students who appeared for the exams can check their results online through the official website of the National University (NU). Apart from the online method, students can also get their results via SMS.
If you are among those checking their results today, make sure you have your exam roll number and registration number ready. After that, follow the step by step instructions given below;
- Step 1: Open a web browser on your mobile phone, tablet, or computer.
- Step 2: Visit the official National University result website: www.nu.ac.bd/results.
- Step 3: On the homepage, locate and click on the “Honours 1st Year” result section.
- Step 4: Enter your Registration Number and select the exam year as 2025.
- Step 5: Carefully solve the security CAPTCHA to verify that you are a real user.
- Step 6: Click on the “Search Result” button to proceed.
