Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science & Technology University HSTU Admission Circular 2025 for the session 2024-25 released. According to the circular, the online application is set to start on Sunday, February 9. Interested candidates with a minimum GPA in both SSC and HSC, can apply by March 6, 2025.
This year, Hajee Mohammad Danesh University going to conduct the admission test individually. The decision was taken after leaving the Cluster System. As a result, the admission circular was issued on January 19, 2025. Students need to know the important dates including the application timeline, qualification, admission test schedule, etc.
HSTU Admission 2025
After 4 years of the Cluster Admission System, Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science & Technology University released the circular separately. So, students will need to submit their application online through their official website at hstu.ac.bd.
According to the admission circular, the online application will begin on February 9 and continue till March 6, 2025. Interested candidates have to pay a 1000 Taka application fee for all units except Architect. Those who choose the Architect department will need to pay 200 Taka extra.

Qualifiation for Application
Students who passed the Higher Secondary/Equivalent examinations in 2023 and 2024 can apply. However, those who passed the Secondary/Equivalent examinations before 2021 are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates who want to apply for ‘A’ and ‘B’ units must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 in the SSC/Equivalent and HSC/Equivalent examinations separately from any General, Madrasah, or Technical Education Board in Bangladesh. But, they will need a combined total GPA of at least 8.0.
- For Business Studies, Humanities, and Vocational Science applicants, a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the fourth subject is required.
- For ‘C’ and ‘D’ units candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in SSC/Equivalent and HSC/Equivalent examinations separately from any General, Madrasah, or Technical Education Board, with a combined total GPA of at least 7.0.
- Candidates who have passed ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels must have a minimum grade of ‘B’ in all subjects at the ‘O’ level. Additionally, for ‘O’ level students to qualify for ‘A’ level, they must have obtained a minimum grade of ‘B’ in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, or Agricultural Science.
