Rajshahi University (RU) has announced that all previously issued admit cards for the undergraduate first-year admission test of the 2024-25 academic session have been canceled due to a new seating arrangement. Candidates will be able to download updated RU Admit Card 2025 starting tomorrow.
The announcement was confirmed today, Tuesday (March 11), by Professor Md. Saiful Islam, Director of RU’s ICT Center.
How to Download the New Admit Cards
Candidates must enter their SSC and HSC exam roll numbers, year, and board information to access their new admit cards. They must download them within the designated period, as no second opportunity will be provided.
RU Seat Plan 2025
Professor Saiful Islam explained that the seating plan is still being finalized. The Business Unit’s seat plan has already been prepared and sent to the relevant office, as their exam is scheduled first. However, the university is awaiting complete details from the Rangpur and Khulna centers before finalizing the full plan. He expects that all necessary information will be available by tomorrow, allowing the release of new admit cards.
RU Admit Card 2025 and Exam Guidelines
Each candidate will receive two admit cards for each unit: one labeled “University Copy” and the other “Candidate Copy.” Those appearing for multiple unit, must download the corresponding number of admit cards. For example, students taking exams for two units must download four admit cards, while those appearing for three units will need six.
The signature on the admit card must match the one on the HSC registration card. Invigilators will collect the “University Copy” and return the “Candidate Copy” to students. Candidates must keep their “Candidate Copy” for the interview and final admission process.
