Shahjalal University has announced the SUST Result 2025 for the admission test. A and B Unit Result will be published today, Sunday (March 9, 2025) at 7 PM. Once published, candidates from all over the country can check the merit status on admission.sust.edu.bd and via mobile SMS.
This year, the authority of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology is going to publish the admission result after 9 days of the test. The admission test was conducted for A and B Unit on February 28, 2025.
A source of the Admission Committee, said, “A total of 86,380 candidates have applied for 1,671 seats available in Shahjalal University. We have completed the evaluation process on Saturday (March 8). The result is set to be published on Sunday, March 9, 2025″.
Meanwhile, a notice displayed on the admission portal. The notice read “The Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) admission test results for 2024-2025 will be announced on 09/03/2025 through SMS and on the website.”
The authority also announced the exact time for the result publishing. According to the latest update, SUST Admission Result 2025 for the session 2024-25 is going to be published today, Sunday (March 9) at 7 PM.
Candidates who participated in the admission test taken on February 28, are advised to check the merit status on the official website. In addition, the authority will be sent the merit position for selected candidates via mobile SMS.
Steps to check SUST Result Online
Those who want to check the admission result online, can follow the step by step instructions given below;
- Visit the official website at admission.sust.edu.bd.
- On the homepage, click on the “SUST Admission Result” link.
- Enter your exam roll number.
- Click Submit to view your result
- The merit status will be displayed on the screen.

As per the report, a total of 86,380 candidates applied for 1,671 seats. Among them, 57,273 applied on A-1 Unit, 1,250 on A-2 and 29,107 applied on B Unit. So, 51 candidates participated in the admission test for each seat.
Note that, the online application was started on January 5 and ended on January 25, 2025. The candidates who passed in SSC and Equivalent Exam in 2021, 2022, and HSC and Equivalent Exam in 2023, 2024 are allowed to submit the online application.
